The product description

The machine is suitable for all kinds of fur. Shrinkage temperature refers to the temperature at which the fur sample begins to shrink when heated in the slowly heated medium. The principle of medium selection is that the sample should be resampled in glycerin when it has not yet contracted in boiling water.

Conform to the standard

In line with QB/T 1271-2012 "fur physical and mechanical test shrinkage temperature determination" standard related requirements.

Technical parameters

1. Container: the minimum volume is 500mL, and the minimum working depth is 110mm. the material of the container should be resistant to high temperature above 150℃;

2. Sample fixation: nails or clips in the bottom of the container above (30±5) mm;

3. Test hook: removable hook or clamp, one end is connected to the top of the sample, the other end is connected to the wire through the pulley, the other end of the wire is connected with a weight block than the mobile hook 3g;

4. Detection of indicator, mobile case, test hook any move by pulley, transfer and display of indicator can be magnified at least five times displayed on the indicator, adopts digital display mobile content and corresponding temperature in the process of test, and can set samples from 0.3% when the corresponding maximum length contraction temperature;

5. Leave point thermometer, accuracy ±1℃, the sensor is placed near the middle of the sample position, the range of 0℃ ~ 200℃;

6. The heater can heat the heating medium in the container at the rate of (2±0.2) ℃/min.

7. Stirrer, effectively stirring the heating medium in the container, so that the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the sample does not exceed 1℃;

4) Vacuum pump, which can reduce the vacuum pump in the dryer to less than 4KPa within 2min;

6) Digital display vernier caliper, measuring range of 0mm ~ 150mm, accuracy of 0.01mm;

7) agitator, imported magnetic agitator.
