LT-XZ58 Color mobility tester

The product description

The machine is suitable for testing all adhesives used in tightly contacting material holding and bonding materials. It is mainly used for the determination of each dyeing phenomenon caused by color transfer of one material and other materials when stored in close contact.

Conform to the standard

In line with GB/T 3903.42-2008 "Footwear upper, lining and lining test method color mobility", GB/T 24129, ISO 17701 standards related requirements.

Technical parameters

1. Two smooth glass plates: the size of at least 52mm*42mm, the mass of 50g±5g;

2. Heavy weight: the size is large enough to apply a pressure of 5.2kPa± 0.5kPa to the sample with an area of 2000mm2±180mm2 together with the glass plate;

3. Accessories:

1) Five grade and nine grade gray sample cards, in line with the requirements of GB/T250 and GB/T251;

2) Stopwatch, accuracy 0.01s.

4. Dark test environment: temperature is 60℃±2℃
