The product description

This machine is suitable for all kinds of shoes with hook. It is used to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the hook core used to reinforce the waist and socket of footwear, which also means the resistance of the hook core to repeated alternating loads under specified conditions.

Conform to the standard

In line with GB/T 3903.35-2008 "footwear hook core test method fatigue resistance" standard related requirements.

Technical parameters

1. The lower clamp: fixed, with a hard steel plane, height of (32±2) mm, it is appropriate when width can firmly clamp the hook center;

2. The upper clamp: adjustable, with a hard steel plane, can implement (49±2) N force on the hook center, the force is perpendicular to the plane of the lower clamp, the rate is 4R /s, the force applied to the hook center to do reciprocating motion, before and after the reciprocating motion once to form a complete cycle;

3. Control clamp: the clamping force of (4900±50)N•mm device;

4. A counting device should be equipped to record the number of cycles of sample fracture;

5. Accessories: torque wrench: the torque can reach (4900±50)N•mm;

6. Counter: LCD display, the test number of 0-999,999 can be set arbitrarily, for recording the number of cycles of sample fracture counting device.

Product features

1. It has automatic stop function, when the set number reaches, it will stop automatically.

2. It has the function of automatic stop when the specimen breaks.
