The product description

This machine makes the adhesive tape (Velcro tape) repeatedly for peeling and bonding action. After a certain number of tests, the adhesive force (AS) and adhesive strength (PA) were measured by a tensile testing machine purchased separately. This machine is suitable for all kinds of shoes adhesive belt. It is used for fastening belt for the opening and closing the number of rules, and then sticks the hook and loop strap surface pressed together under prescribed conditions. Then use a tensile testing machine purchased separately to test the average force value required to peel off from either end of the adhesive buckle along the length direction, and then reverse the hook surface or ring surface of the adhesive buckle by 180°, repeat this step, to measure the peel strength of the adhesive buckle.

Conform to the standard

In line with GB/T 3903.20-2008 "shoe adhesive belt test method before and after repeated opening and closing peel strength" standard related requirements.

Each runner shall have a slot of (55±2) mm in the direction of its width to fix the adhesive belt. The two wheels are installed next to each other, and the axes are parallel to each other;

2. The rotation rate of the small-diameter runner is (60±5) r/min, every (30±5) s reversal, the large-diameter runner is driven by the physical contact between the sample and the small-diameter runner, so as to rotate freely;
