The product description

This tester is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of cabinet, table and bed furniture. It can test the static load in horizontal and vertical directions, durability and stability.

The working principle

This tester uses horizontal cylinder to repeatedly cyclic load the four sides of the sample with a specified force value for a certain number of times, to check whether there is any damage in the structure and function of the sample, so as to understand the performance and defects of the product, and to provide a reference for the improvement of the product. The test method is to simulate the cabinet, table, bed furniture in the daily use of the load under the situation, anti - tilting ability. It is composed of pneumatic system and adjusting machinery. Equipped with a force display system, it can display the loaded force value in real time.
