The product description

It is suitable for testing the holding viscosity of pressure sensitive adhesive tape. The test plate with the sample is hung vertically on the test frame, and the specified weight is suspended at the lower end. The resistance of the adhesive tape to pull-off is measured by the displacement of the specimen after a certain period of time or the time of complete detachment.

Test method

Do static load test for adhesive force of the tape, and automatically record the time that the tape can keep under a certain load to confirm the aging of adhesive force of the tape. Cut a 1-inch-wide strip of tape and stick it on the specified SUS#304 stainless steel plate, roll it back and forth with a 2kg standard roller at a speed of 300mm per minute for three times, hang the steel plate on the test machine, and add the specified weight. When the tape falls from the steel plate, the timer will automatically keep the test time, which is used to evaluate the durability of the tape sticking.
