Product Description:

The machine is used for friction coefficient test. Test material object can be into shoes, outsole, leather, skin. The method has dry type and wet type. And the test floor material can be stainless steel, carpet, ceramic tile, etc. It can be used to produce friction between the front end of the shoe and the heel of the shoe and the ground during the simulation walking.

2. Hardware features:

A) Intelligent hardware control system with closed-loop control system capability.

B) The drum frame of the machine structure is connected and fixed on the bottom plate by square pipe. A LOAD CELL and precision non-friction cylinder are hung on the upper end of the frame and connected with the fixing frame of the test piece. The precision non-friction cylinder is used to apply pressure on the specimen (without manual adjustment). It has the function of balancing structure and hanging weight of the specimen, which produces stable and accurate pressure on the specimen.

C) In addition to hanging under the precision non-friction cylinder, the specimen fixing frame is connected to the two LOAD cells on the right rear with a triangular bracket, and the two LOAD cells are fixed to the two movable frames. This connection state can make the specimen fixing frame produce up and down swing trajectory displacement. The change of friction force caused by the high-speed displacement of the compression floor tile of the specimen can be measured by two LOAD cells on the rear right side.
