The simplex of the machine is designed to simulate the strength or bearing capacity of the furniture under the condition of one-time or repetitive load in normal use and habitual misuse, so as to test the strength of the product under the condition of repeated use and repeated loading. Suitable for ordinary office chair, not swivel chair. The base surface durability test can be realized.

3. Test method:

A. Joint durability test for seat and back:

Apply 950N to the seat surface, and then apply 330N force to the back, and circulate for 200,000 times at a frequency not exceeding 40 times /min. Afterwards, inspect the damage of the specimen.

B. Seat surface bending alternating durability test:

The loading block with a diameter of 203mm was used to alternately apply 734N force to the two corners of the front end of the seat at a slow speed of 10-30 times /min, and the force was applied for a total of 20,000 times. Afterwards, the damage of the specimen was examined.
